Our Set Fee is only $2,850.00 to List and Market your property FOR SALE

THREE WAYS TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY

1)   If the Seller finds a Buyer and/or shows a Buyer their property and that Buyer purchases the property

Seller Pays NO Commission only our Set Fee

2)     If Seller does not want to show their property,

Help-U-Sell will show the property and if we sell, there will be a $2,000 Showing Fee plus our Set Fee.

Seller pays NO Commission

3)    If Buyers Agent from another Company shows and sell property, Seller pays 2.5% to agent plus our Set Fee

            (Commissions are negotiable and not set by law)

We will pre-qualify buyers.

We will schedule showing and obtain feedback.

We will handle all the contract paperwork.

We will negotiate on your behalf.

We will coordinate the appraisals, property inspections and other professional services.

We will work with the buyer’s agent to assure the contract timelines are met in a timely manner.

We will keep in contact with the mortgage company until the mortgage commitment is obtained.
