When you hire us as your Buyer’s Agent, we once again do everything a traditional agency might, including:

– E-Mail Notifications will be sent for properties that meet your specifications as soon as they come on the market
– When touring homes, we will provide you the very best expertise in home evaluation, giving you a leg-up on understanding the current conditions of any properties. Our agents have in-depth experience in home construction and quality standards.
– We will prepare all necessary paperwork, including the Agreement of Sale and any required Addendums and Endorsements.
– We will negotiate the best price, terms & conditions for you.
– We will help you schedule all Property Inspections.
– We will assure you receive a clear Title & Deed to the property.
– We will work with your Lender (if any) to assure you receive a mortgage commitment to settle.
– We will attend Settlement with you.

What you need to do before we show you properties:
– You will need written proof that you have the funds available to purchase a property, and a completed Buyer’s Financial Information form provided by our office.
– If you need financing to purchase a property, you will need a pre-approval letter from a mortgage company. If you don’t already have a lender, we can help you get pre-approved with one of our trusted mortgage specialists.
– You will need an e-mail address to receive lists of properties that meet your requirements.
