What you need to do before we show you properties:
– You will need written proof that you have the funds available to purchase a property, and a completed Buyer’s Financial Information form provided by our office.
– If you need financing to purchase a property, you will need a pre-approval letter from a mortgage company. If you don’t already have a lender, we can help you get pre-approved with one of our trusted mortgage specialists.
– You will need an e-mail address to receive lists of properties that meet your requirements.
