When you hire us as your Buyer’s Agent (we require a 90-day Buyer’s Agency Contract)

We will provide you with the following real estate services.

  • You will be notified by email of properties that meet your specifications as soon as they come on the market.
  • We will prepare the Agreement of Sale and any necessary Addendums and Endorsements.
  • We will negotiate the best price, terms & conditions for you.
  • We will coordinate the Property Inspections & Termite Certifications.
  • We will assure you receive a clear Title & Deed to the property.
  • We will work with your Lender (if any) to assure you receive a mortgage commitment to settle.
  • We will attend Settlement with you.

What you need to do before we show you properties:

  • You will need written proof that you have the funds available to purchase a property.
  • If you need financing to purchase a property, you will need a pre-approval letter from a mortgage company.

(We can help you get pre-approved from one of our lenders)

  • You will need an e-mail address to receive lists of properties that meet your requirements.
  • You will drive-by the properties and select the properties you want to tour.
  • We will set-up the appointments to show you the properties you selected.
